Terms

Last updated 14 September 2026

These are the terms for using this website, for the scoping call, and for the point at which we agree to build something. Like the privacy page, this is written in plain English on purpose.

The most important thing on this page. Nothing on this website commits either of us to anything. Nothing is built, and nothing is payable, until we have sent you a written plan with a fixed price and you have agreed to it. Until then you can walk away owing nothing, and so can we.

Who we are

AdminLess AI Pte Ltd (UEN 202540525M), 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. Contact hello@adminless.ai.

We are a software team. We are not a law firm, not an auditor and not a consultancy selling advice, and nothing we say is legal, financial or regulatory advice.

What this site does today

It describes how we work, lets you book a scoping call, and lets you send us one line about what you want built. No payment is taken on this site. There is no card form and we hold no card details.

The booking panel is ours: our own page, on our own computers, showing the times our own calendar has free. Picking a time books it with us; it does not buy anything and it does not commit you to a project. Our privacy policy covers what the booking panel and this site's own form collect.

What we do

We scope the work, write the plan with a price, build it, switch it on, and then stay and run it. Every project is quoted for that project after the scoping call. There is no menu and no standard product.

You are charged twice and only twice: a fixed price for the project, agreed after the scoping call and covering the whole build, and then a monthly amount to run it once it is live, which covers keeping it running, fixing bugs and continuing to improve it. Both figures are in the written plan before anything begins.

What we do not do

What it costs

The one figure this site publishes is a range, and it is a range on purpose: most first projects land between S$5,000 and S$20,000. That is what we have seen, not a quote. A price without a written plan behind it is a guess. The number that binds us is the fixed price in your written plan, and we hold it.

The monthly amount to run a system depends on what it is and is agreed in the same written plan. Nothing is added later.

Time

The home page commits to working software in eight weeks, and prints the range beside it: most first projects run four to eight weeks, depending on what you need. Your dates are the ones in your written plan. Both of us can move them: a build depends on decisions, access and content from your side as much as on us, and the plan says which.

The scoping call

The call is free and there is no obligation on either side afterwards. What you leave with is a written plan and a price, or a straight no. It is a discussion about what you want built, not an audit of your systems, and it is not a deliverable we warrant.

What we need from you

A fixed price is only as good as the facts behind it, so you agree that what you tell us about your processes, your systems and your constraints is true and complete as far as you know, and that you will tell us if something material changes before we deliver. If the facts are wrong, the plan and the price will be wrong, and that is not something we can be responsible for.

Please keep confidential material and other people's personal data out of this website. If we need it, we will agree how to exchange it safely first.

When we will say no

We will turn work down, and say why, if software is not the answer, if the scope cannot be priced honestly, or if we are not the right team for it. Telling you that is free.

If we do work together

The written plan and the agreement that goes with it are what govern that work: what is being built, what it costs, what happens to your data, who owns what, and how either of us ends it. Those terms are agreed with you before anything starts, and where they differ from this page, they win.

Limits on our liability

We take responsibility for doing our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for a business decision you take on the strength of a free scoping call, for the accuracy of information you gave us, or for loss you suffer because your own systems or suppliers did something we do not control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work complained of.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.

This website

We try to keep the page accurate, but it is a description of a service, not an offer capable of acceptance, and we may change it. The client work shown on it is described with permission and carries no figures.

Where to complain

Email hello@adminless.ai. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it; If your complaint is about personal data and you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with it, you may take it to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. The terms that apply to a project are the ones in force when we confirmed it with you.
